Team Leaders
Amber is always your initial point of contact. She takes your loan application, decides on the loan program, and structures the loan based on your personal goals. She then gathers all information needed to get you pre-approved and get you out there shopping for your new home. Amber will also stay in close contact with your Realtor to keep them in the loop, and when you find your dream home she will also advocate for you with the Listing agent.

Kevin is a licensed Loan Officer Assistant, and he will become your personal loan concierge until you close on your home. He will field any questions you may have throughout the process. Kevin takes all of the information Amber collected in the initial loan application and follows up with you on any additional information she may need. Kevin also handles all of the e-consents and disclosures, as well as keeping Amber in the loop as every milestone is met.

Loan Processors
Loan Processors are the true magic makers, their job is to cross every T and dot every I with accuracy and speed. They take over once the purchase agreement or refinance is underway, and they work as your daily contact for any questions regarding the loan while it is in underwriting. The Loan Processors also work with the title company to coordinate the time and place of your closing.

Magic Makers
Jen works closely with Amber and her loan support team, their clients, and real estate agents providing all of them high-level administrative support. Jen’s sole focus is to ensure a smooth loan process for both clients and agents. We call her the Magician because she literally makes magic happen every day!
